At Wish By Wishah, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each product β€” from our luxury clutches to beaded handbags, is carefully handcrafted and checked for quality before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re here to help you with a smooth return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival.
  • The product is incorrect or missing key details compared to what was ordered.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including all tags, dust bags, and accessories).
  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Send clear photos or videos of the defect via WhatsApp at [WhatsApp Number Here] or email them to info@wishbywishah.com.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once verified, our team will guide you through the next steps.

2. Restocking Fee

All approved returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and quality handling costs for handmade items.

Example

If your total order amount is Rs. 5,000, your refundable amount will be Rs. 4,000 after the restocking fee.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, worn, or altered products
  • Discounted, promotional, or sale items
  • Customized or made-to-order designs
  • Slight variations in color, bead pattern, or texture (as each clutch is handcrafted and unique)

4. Refund Process

After your return request is approved:

  • The item must be shipped back to us securely via a tracked courier service.
  • Once received and inspected, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds for online payments will be made to the original payment method, while Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Note: Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Process

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • The new item will be dispatched once your returned product passes inspection.
  • If the requested product is out of stock, a store credit or partial refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

Please include your order number, full name, and contact details so our team can resolve your issue promptly.

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for safely returning the product using a tracked courier service.
  • We recommend keeping the courier receipt as proof until the return is confirmed.
  • Wish By Wishah is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
